Standards of Business Operational Excellence (SBOE)

80% of small businesses fail within the first three years of business because of the lack of funding, standards and resources. Even more daunting, 1 out of 1,000 businesses will achieve $200,000K or more in revenues. According to the Small Business Administration, two-thirds of new businesses survive for at least two years, and only 44 percent survive at least four years.

We want your business to succeed and we want to help you improve those odds! As a complimentary service, the National Black Bridal Association recognizes the need to develop a world class group of wedding professionals who celebrate business success with a strong regard to business integrity and ethics. In addition, our goal is to teach and inspire each other. To help our members achieve the best level of business excellence, we have finalized our list of ten mandatory business requirements. See if your business meets SBOE guidelines. If not, relax! We understand that it takes time to build a business and gain the resources to start or continue a business adventure. Starting a business is reasonable – we can show you how. Your business or company can request the services of our NBBA team.
